Jon is started out as a side hustle real estate investor. He was able to achieve financial freedom at 27 and leave his corporate enterprise technology sales job to focus on traditional rentals, short term rentals, airbnb arbitrage and wholesaling, podcasting and course creation.
He started with house hacking from 21-25 years old and then started buying traditional rentals and short term rentals with creative acquisition and financing strategies.
Now Jon continues to grow his Airbnb business doing over $40k per month and truly lives the freedom lifestyle traveling the world!
